(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am 1. Februar 2010 in Kraft, soweit in den folgenden Absätzen nichts Abweichendes bestimmt ist.
(2) Die §§ 6, 20 Abs. 3, die §§ 23 und 24 treten am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft.
(3) § 5 tritt am 1. Februar 2011 in Kraft.
(4) § 7 Abs. 3 tritt am 1. Februar 2012 in Kraft.
