(1) Wechselt im Laufe des Verfahrens die Person eines Berechtigten, so gilt der neue Berechtigte von dem Zeitpunkt ab, zu dem seine Person dem Grundbuchamt bekannt wird, als Beteiligter.
(2) Das gleiche gilt, wenn im Laufe des Verfahrens ein neues Recht am Grundstück oder an einem das Grundstück belastenden Recht begründet wird, das von dem Verfahren berührt wird.
