Hat ein Beteiligter die Einleitung des Löschungsverfahrens angeregt, so soll das Grundbuchamt die Entscheidung, durch die es die Einleitung des Verfahrens ablehnt oder das eingeleitete Verfahren einstellt, mit Gründen versehen.
