(1) Die Vorschriften der §§ 56 bis 69 sind auf den Grundschuldbrief und den Rentenschuldbrief entsprechend anzuwenden. Der Rentenschuldbrief muß auch die Ablösungssumme angeben.
(2) Ist eine für den Inhaber des Briefes eingetragene Grundschuld oder Rentenschuld in Teile zerlegt, so ist über jeden Teil ein besonderer Brief herzustellen.
