Soweit das Grundbuchamt auf Grund von Rechtsvorschriften im Zusammenhang mit Grundbucheintragungen Mitteilungen an Gerichte oder Behörden oder sonstige Stellen zu machen hat, muß der Betroffene nicht unterrichtet werden. Das gleiche gilt im Falle des § 55a.
