Ist ein Testamentsvollstrecker ernannt, so ist dies bei der Eintragung des Erben von Amts wegen miteinzutragen, es sei denn, daß der Nachlaßgegenstand der Verwaltung des Testamentsvollstreckers nicht unterliegt.
