(1) Die Löschung eines Rechtes oder einer Verfügungsbeschränkung erfolgt durch Eintragung eines Löschungsvermerks.
(2) Wird bei der Übertragung eines Grundstücks oder eines Grundstücksteils auf ein anderes Blatt ein eingetragenes Recht nicht mitübertragen, so gilt es in Ansehung des Grundstücks oder des Teils als gelöscht.
