Eine Erklärung, durch die ein Eintragungsantrag zurückgenommen wird, bedarf der in § 29 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und Abs. 3 vorgeschriebenen Form. Dies gilt nicht, sofern der Antrag auf eine Berichtigung des Grundbuchs gerichtet ist. Satz 1 gilt für eine Erklärung, durch die eine zur Stellung des Eintragungsantrags erteilte Vollmacht widerrufen wird, entsprechend.
