Im Falle der Auflassung eines Grundstücks sowie im Falle der Bestellung, Änderung des Inhalts oder Übertragung eines Erbbaurechts darf die Eintragung nur erfolgen, wenn die erforderliche Einigung des Berechtigten und des anderen Teils erklärt ist.
