(1) Für ein Grundstück, das ein Grundbuchblatt bei der Anlegung des Grundbuchs nicht erhalten hat, wird das Blatt unbeschadet des § 3 Abs. 2 bis 9 von Amts wegen angelegt.
(2) Das Verfahren bei der Anlegung des Grundbuchblatts richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der §§ 118 bis 125.
