Gaststättengesetz
Die Erlaubnis erlischt, wenn der Inhaber den Betrieb nicht innerhalb eines Jahres nach Erteilung der Erlaubnis begonnen oder seit einem Jahr nicht mehr ausgeübt hat. Die Fristen können verlängert werden, wenn ein wichtiger Grund vorliegt.
