Für ein Fahrzeug, für das ein Kennzeichen zugeteilt ist, wird auf Antrag ein Internationaler Zulassungsschein nach Artikel 4 und Anlage B des Internationalen Abkommens vom 24. April 1926 über Kraftfahrzeugverkehr (RGBl. 1930 II S. 1233) ausgestellt.
