FVG
Finanzverwaltungsgesetz
(1) Die für die Finanzverwaltung zuständige oberste Landesbehörde bestimmt den Sitz der Landesoberbehörde, soweit durch Gesetz nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
(2) Die Landesoberbehörde erledigt Aufgaben, die ihr nach Maßgabe des § 17 Abs. 3 Satz 1 zugewiesen werden und die ihr sonst übertragenen Aufgaben.
(3) Für die Ernennung und Entlassung des Leiters einer Oberbehörde, die nach § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 anstelle einer Oberfinanzdirektion tritt, gilt § 9a Satz 3 entsprechend.
