FAI Expedited Arbitration Rules 2024
41.1 An award shall be made in writing. It shall not contain reasons, unless a party has requested a reasoned award within the time limit set by the sole arbitrator.
41.2 An award shall be signed by the sole arbitrator, and it shall specify the seat of arbitration and the date on which the award was made.
41.3 The sole arbitrator shall communicate an original copy of the award to each of the parties and the Institute without delay.
41.4 An award shall be final and binding on the parties. By agreeing to arbitration under the Rules, the parties undertake to carry out all awards without delay.
