33.1 The sole arbitrator shall determine the admissibility, relevance, materiality, and weight of the evidence.
33.2 At any time during the proceedings, the sole arbitrator may order any party:
(a) to identify the documentary evidence the party intends to rely on and specify the circumstances the party intends to prove by such evidence; and
(b) to produce any documents or other evidence that the sole arbitrator may consider relevant to the outcome of the case.
