Gesetz über elektronische Wertpapiere
Will der Emittent ein Kryptowertpapier in ein anderes elektronisches Wertpapierregister übertragen, benötigt er hierfür die Zustimmung sämtlicher Inhaber des Kryptowertpapiers oder die Zustimmung der Aufsichtsbehörde.
