EWPBG
Erdgas-Wärme-Preisbremsengesetz
(1) Für die Mitwirkung von Kreditinstituten an den Verfahren nach den §§ 33 bis 35 ist § 13 des Erdgas-Wärme-Soforthilfegesetzes entsprechend anzuwenden.
(2) Für die Bundesnetzagentur ist hinsichtlich der Antragsprüfungen und der sonstigen Prüfungshandlungen des Beauftragten § 14 des Erdgas-Wärme-Soforthilfegesetzes entsprechend anzuwenden.
