Einfuhrumsatzsteuer-Befreiungsverordnung
Die Einfuhrumsatzsteuerfreiheit für Tiere für Laborzwecke (Artikel 60 Abs. 1 Buchstabe a und Abs. 2 der in § 1 Abs. 1 genannten Verordnung) hängt davon ab, daß die Tiere unentgeltlich eingeführt werden.
