EU-Kartellverfahrensverordnung
Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1/2003
Die Kommission erstattet dem Europäischen Parlament und dem Rat fünf Jahre nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung Bericht über das Funktionieren der Verordnung, insbesondere über die Anwendung von Artikel 11 Absatz 6 und Artikel 17.
Auf der Grundlage dieses Berichts schätzt die Kommission ein, ob es zweckmäßig ist, dem Rat eine Überarbeitung dieser Verordnung vorzuschlagen.
