(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer, ohne Arzt zu sein, entgegen § 9 Nummer 4 einen menschlichen Embryo oder eine dort bezeichnete menschliche Eizelle konserviert.
(2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu zweitausendfünfhundert Euro geahndet werden.
