Einführungsgesetz zur Zivilprozessordnung
Das oberste Landesgericht für bürgerliche Rechtsstreitigkeiten bestimmt das zuständige Gericht auch dann, wenn nach § 36 Abs. 2 der Zivilprozeßordnung ein in seinem Bezirk gelegenes Oberlandesgericht zu entscheiden hätte.
