EGZPO
Einführungsgesetz zur Zivilprozessordnung
(1) Rechtskräftig im Sinne dieses Gesetzes sind Endurteile, welche mit einem ordentlichen Rechtsmittel nicht mehr angefochten werden können.
(2) Als ordentliche Rechtsmittel im Sinne des vorstehenden Absatzes sind diejenigen Rechtsmittel anzusehen, welche an eine von dem Tag der Verkündung oder Zustellung des Urteils laufende Notfrist gebunden sind.
