§ 335 Absatz 1 Satz 4 des Handelsgesetzbuchs in der Fassung des Kleinanlegerschutzgesetzes vom 3. Juli 2015 (BGBl. I S. 1114) ist erstmals auf Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse für Geschäftsjahre anzuwenden, die nach dem 31. Dezember 2014 beginnen.
