Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuche
Durch Landesgesetz kann bestimmt werden, daß ein Pfandrecht, welches nach Artikel 192 nicht als Sicherungshypothek gilt, als Sicherungshypothek oder als eine Hypothek gelten soll, für welche die Erteilung des Hypothekenbriefs nicht ausgeschlossen ist, und daß eine über das Pfandrecht erteilte Urkunde als Hypothekenbrief gelten soll.
