Einführungsgesetz zur Abgabenordnung
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am 1. Januar 1977 in Kraft, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist.
(2) § 17 Abs. 3 des Finanzverwaltungsgesetzes in der Fassung des Artikels 1 Nr. 7 Buchstabe b, Artikel 11, Artikel 17 Nr. 13 Buchstabe c, Artikel 97 § 19 und Artikel 99 treten am Tage nach der Verkündung in Kraft.
(3) Artikel 14 Nr. 1 Buchstabe a gilt erstmals für die Vermögensteuer des Kalenderjahrs 1975.
