§ 124 Absatz 2 und § 124a Satz 1 des Aktiengesetzes in der Fassung des Vierten Bürokratieentlastungsgesetzes vom 23. Oktober 2024 (BGBl. 2024 I Nr. 323) sind erstmals auf Hauptversammlungen anzuwenden, die ab dem 1. Februar 2025 einberufen werden.
