§ 170 Absatz 1 Satz 3, § 171 Absatz 1 Satz 4 und § 283 Nummer 11a des Aktiengesetzes in der jeweils ab dem 22. Juni 2023 geltenden Fassung sind erstmals auf Ertragsteuerinformationsberichte und Erklärungen nach § 342d Absatz 2 Nummer 1 des Handelsgesetzbuchs für ein nach dem 21. Juni 2024 beginnendes Geschäftsjahr anzuwenden.
