Zusätzlich zu den in Artikel 27 festgelegten Anforderungen legen die Anbieter sehr großer Online-Plattformen und sehr großer Online-Suchmaschinen, die Empfehlungssysteme verwenden, mindestens eine Option für jedes ihrer Empfehlungssysteme vor, die nicht auf Profiling gemäß Artikel 4 Absatz 4 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 beruht.
