Verwaltungsprozessrecht
(1) Dem Richter auf Lebenszeit und dem Richter auf Zeit ist ein Richteramt bei einem bestimmten Gericht zu übertragen.
(2) Ihm kann ein weiteres Richteramt bei einem anderen Gericht übertragen werden, soweit ein Gesetz dies zuläßt.
