3.1 If the request for expert determination provides that more than one other party within the meaning of section 2 subsection 1 or further parties who are not a party to the agreement pursuant to section 1 subsection 1 shall be involved in the proceedings, the applicant shall send the request to each of these parties.
3.2 The involvement of further parties who are not parties to the agreement pursuant to section 1 subsection 1 requires their consent and the consent of the parties to the agreement pursuant to section 1 subsection 1 who are involved in the proceedings. 3.3 The proceedings are carried out between the applicant and the parties involved in the proceedings pursuant to section 3 subsections 1 and 2 (opponents).
