11.1 The submission in the substantiation of the request and the reply to the request, respectively, shall be complete. The arbitration experts are free to disregard submissions which, according to the arbitration experts’ evaluation, could have been made in an earlier brief.
11.2 The parties shall file briefs and exhibits in hardcopy; additional copies in electronic form are permissible.
11.3 Correspondence between the arbitration experts and the parties may be conducted by email. The parties shall provide the arbitration experts with their respectively binding email addresses within a week after confirmation of the arbitration experts.
11.4 All briefs, documents or other communications which are submitted to the arbitration experts by one of the parties shall be simultaneously submitted to the other party.
