(1) § 4 Absatz 2 findet auf bis zum 9. Januar 2014 eingegangene Wiedergaben keine Anwendung.
(2) § 22 findet Anwendung auf alle Anträge zur Feststellung oder Erklärung der Nichtigkeit eines eingetragenen Designs, die ab dem 1. Januar 2014 bei dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt eingegangen sind.
