Werden beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt internationale Anmeldungen von Designs eingereicht, so vermerkt das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt auf der Anmeldung den Tag des Eingangs und leitet die Anmeldung ohne Prüfung unverzüglich an das Internationale Büro weiter.
