(1) Wer entgegen Artikel 19 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 6/2002 ein Gemeinschaftsgeschmacksmuster benutzt, obwohl der Inhaber nicht zugestimmt hat, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
(2) § 51 Absatz 2 bis 6 gilt entsprechend.
