Wer eigenen oder fremden Vorteils wegen eine Erklärung nach § 4 Abs. 2 wahrheitswidrig abgibt oder eine ihm nach § 4 Abs. 3 obliegende Mitteilung unterläßt, wird, wenn die Tat nicht nach anderen Vorschriften mit schwererer Strafe bedroht ist, mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
