Verfahrensordnung des Einheitlichen Patentgerichts
- Die Regeln 110.3, 111, 115 und 118.6 finden Anwendung auf die mündliche Verhandlung und die Entscheidung des Gerichts.
- Wird keine mündliche Verhandlung anberaumt, entscheidet der Spruchkörper gemäß Regel 117.
