- Zur Sicherung eines wirksamen Zugangs zum Recht kann das Gericht einer Partei (im Folgenden „Antragsteller“) Prozesskostenhilfe bewilligen.
- Prozesskostenhilfe kann für alle Verfahren vor dem Gericht bewilligt werden.
