Wird eine weitere Verurteilung im Register eingetragen oder erfolgt eine weitere Eintragung nach § 11, so kommt der betroffenen Person eine Anordnung nach § 39 nicht zugute, solange die spätere Eintragung in das Führungszeugnis aufzunehmen ist. § 38 Abs. 2 gilt entsprechend.
