Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Für Zustellungen gilt das Verwaltungszustellungsgesetz des Bundes in der jeweils geltenden Fassung.
(2) Für die nach §§ 16 Absatz 7 Satz 2, 18 Absatz 5 Satz 1, 18 Absatz 6 Satz 1 und § 34 Absatz 4 Nummer 2 Satz 2 abzugebende Versicherung an Eides statt ist die jeweilige Gemeindebehörde zur Abnahme zuständig.
