Geldbußen nach § 49a Abs. 1 Nr. 1 des Bundeswahlgesetzes fließen in die Kasse der Gemeinde, in der der Betroffene in das Wählerverzeichnis einzutragen ist, Geldbußen nach § 49a Abs. 1 Nr. 2 des Bundeswahlgesetzes in die Kasse des Bundes.
