Bundeswaldgesetz
(1) Der Vorstand des Forstbetriebsverbands besteht aus dem Vorsitzenden und mindestens zwei weiteren Mitgliedern.
(2) Der Vorstand führt die Geschäfte des Verbands. Er vertritt ihn gerichtlich und außergerichtlich.
