Wenn das Verfahren von einer Personengruppe oder gegen eine Personengruppe beantragt wird, kann das Bundesverfassungsgericht anordnen, daß sie ihre Rechte, insbesondere das Recht auf Anwesenheit im Termin, durch einen oder mehrere Beauftragte wahrnehmen läßt.
