Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Wird ein Rechtsanwalt zum Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht ernannt, so ruhen seine Rechte aus der Zulassung für die Dauer seines Amtes.
(2) Wird ein Notar zum Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht ernannt, so gilt § 101 Abs. 1 Satz 2 entsprechend.
