§ 2 Nummer 22 und 24 und § 33 Absatz 2 sind erst anzuwenden, wenn eine auf der Grundlage von § 4 Absatz 3 und § 5 Absatz 1 des KRITIS-Dachgesetzes erlassene Rechtsverordnung gilt. Bis zur Geltung dieser Rechtsverordnung ist § 2 Nummer 22 und 24 in der bis einschließlich 16. März 2026 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
