Recht der juristischen Berufe
(1) Der Vorstand wählt aus seiner Mitte ein Präsidium.
(2) Das Präsidium besteht aus
- 1. dem Präsidenten,2. dem Vizepräsidenten,3. dem Schriftführer,4. dem Schatzmeister.
(3) Der Vorstand kann die Zahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums erhöhen.
(4) Die Wahl des Präsidiums findet alsbald nach jeder ordentlichen Wahl des Vorstandes statt. Scheidet ein Mitglied des Präsidiums vorzeitig aus, so wird für den Rest seiner Amtszeit innerhalb von drei Monaten ein neues Mitglied gewählt.
