BRAO
Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung
(1) Der Vorstand wird durch den Präsidenten einberufen.
(2) Der Präsident muß eine Sitzung anberaumen, wenn ein Viertel der Mitglieder des Vorstandes es schriftlich beantragen und hierbei den Gegenstand angeben, der behandelt werden soll.
(3) Das Nähere regelt die Geschäftsordnung des Vorstandes.
