Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetz
Findet eine Personalversammlung nach § 22 nicht statt oder wählt die Personalversammlung keinen Wahlvorstand, so bestellt ihn die Leiterin oder der Leiter der Dienststelle auf Antrag von mindestens drei Wahlberechtigten oder einer in der Dienststelle vertretenen Gewerkschaft.
