Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetz
(1) Oberste Dienstbehörde ist die Präsidentin oder der Präsident der Deutschen Bundesbank. Der Vorstand gilt als oberste Dienstbehörde, soweit ihm die Entscheidung zusteht; § 71 Absatz 1 Satz 3 ist nicht anzuwenden.
(2) Abweichend von § 8 Satz 1 handelt der Vorstand, soweit ihm die Entscheidung zusteht. Er kann sich durch eines oder mehrere seiner Mitglieder vertreten lassen.
