Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte
Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte sind verpflichtet, nach Rücksprache mit ihrer Mandantschaft die Anfrage ausländischer Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte zu beantworten, ob sie „vertraulich" gegenüber ihrer Mandantschaft oder „ohne Präjudiz" (d. h. ohne spätere Verwendung gegen die Anfragenden oder deren Mandantschaft) Informationen austauschen oder Gespräche führen können.
