Wollen Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte andere Rechtsanwältinnen oder Rechtsanwälte darauf hinweisen, dass sie gegen Berufspflichten verstoßen, so darf dies nur vertraulich geschehen, es sei denn, dass die Interessen der Mandantinnen und Mandanten oder eigene Interessen eine Reaktion in anderer Weise erfordern.
